It's possible but you have to be lucky, some levels in the story have the same system of "Lucky Map". So if you want to drop a Sasuke you need to see him in the 2nd wave (lucky map in story are always on map 2). I think it's something like 5~10% of time, but if Sasuke appeared you have 100% (or maybe 90) to drop the third item.
