Sync Skills are skills that can adjust a units status along with giving them special effects once the combination requirements of Front Row units are met. In order to activate a Sync Skill, there must be three units in the Front Row who contains the same Element, Range, or Affiliation. Keep in mind that the Sync Skill effect only applies toward the unit who has them, not all units who are currently in the Front Row.
